Natural Deli

Customers may choose from a variety of healthy and delicious foods including hot dishes (Mon. – Fri.), salads, sandwiches, and soups. Signature salads and sandwiches are made fresh daily, or we invite you to create your own.

We offer meat, veggie, vegan, and gluten free options made with high-quality ingredients including Boar’s Head™ meats and cheeses and all natural produce. Tasty house-made salad dressings are available.

Our smoothies and juices are made with all natural fruits and vegetables. Supplement boosters are available, if desired. Choose from one of our smoothie or juice recipes or create your own.

Each morning, we brew fresh specialty coffee by Desert Sun—fair trade and roasted in Durango, Colorado. You may also choose from a selection of natural and organic teas.

Every morning, we make a limited number of signature breakfast sandwiches with ham and egg and burritos with bacon, sausage, and egg are made and can be found in our deli’s hot bar—come early, they go fast.

Monday thru Friday, we prepare a different hot meal with our signature homemade chili with all the fixings on Fridays.

Seven days a week, we offer freshly made soups, one of which is always our popular green chili chicken pozole. October thru March we have three soups per day and April thru September we have two soups per day.

We know life gets busy, therefore we keep our grab n’ go section stocked with a variety of dinners, soups, salads, snacks, sandwiches, dips, and other items easy and ready to eat or to take home and warm-up.
