Peach Tomato Salsa

Method

In a small bowl mix all ingredients. Let rest for half hour. Add salt and lime juice for desired taste. Serve with chips or try it on grilled fish.

Ingredients

1 peach, peeled, pitted, and diced
1 large tomato, yellow or orange, chopped
1 tbsp fresh mint, diced
1 tbsp fresh cilantro, diced
1/4 cup sweet onion, diced
1 tsp fresh jalapeno, seeded and minced
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp sea salt
