Apricot Grilled Lamb Chops

Method

Combine first five ingredients then split in half. Mix all spices then rub lamb chops. Marinate lamb with half of the apricot Mixture then let sit for half an hour. Turn grille on high heat and cook five minutes per side, or until the desired temperature. Plate two chops per person, spoon the rest of the apricot mixture over the chops, and serve.

Ingredients

1 cup apricot preserves
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp cinnamon
8 4-ounce lamb chops
