Holiday French Toast Casserole

Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9” X 11” casserole dish. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for bred cubes; mix well. Stir in bread and let sit ten minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed. Spoon mixture into greased dish and bake 55 to 60 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve with maple syrup, any jam or jelly, or whatever you would like.
Ingredients
1 cup half and half creamer
4 eggs
2 tbs sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
4 cups bread cubes (we use Brioche from Serious Delights)
